Workplace Wellness

Employee wellness, over the past few years has become a key area of improvement for businesses. With many organisations realising the importance of workplace wellness and the impact it has on staff. Studies have shown that employees who have the correct and comfortable working conditions tend to be healthier, happier and more productive.  Workplace wellness is no longer an issue that can be solved with a basket of fruit in the middle of the office, there are many different aspects and small changes you can make to improve your workplace wellness; from setting up your chair correctly to buying a sit and stand desk solution, not that they all have to be that drastic. Aston and James can provide everything you may need to improve your workplace wellbeing. From the outset we can provide a free accredited DSE assessment from Darren or Craig at your desk to help pin point the problem areas and then provide the product(s) to combat the issue whatever it maybe. Sometimes it’s just a simple adjustment to your current set up.

We have partnered with Fellowes who are specialists in ergonomic products and created the Four Zone  Approach to workplace wellness; Prevent back tension, relieve neck strain, avoid wrist pressure and reduce inactivity. Using this four zone approach allows us to tailor our support to where the individual needs it most and get the best possible outcome for them.

We have a wide range of products that you can come, see and try, located here in our workplace showroom located at our offices in west Oxfordshire where we have all you may need to improve your workplace wellness. Whether it be a specialist bespoke chair or a simple wrist rest. You can see a taste of what we have to offer in our workplace showroom in the video below.

Health and wellness have become an integral part of the office dynamic and it really doesn’t take a huge shift in your ideas or practices, just a few small changes can make a world of difference to you and your colleague’s wellbeing.
